Our delivery service is provided by Parcel Force and the Royal Mail and services the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland, we do not ship out with the UK currently. If you are outwith the United Kingdom and are interested in purchasing our products, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Our normal delivery days are Monday to Friday with the option for Saturday delivery*. Delivery times may vary during bank and public holidays and events outwith our control. We will contact and advise you if we learn of any such delays.
We will notify you by email when your order has been dispatched and advise you of the estimated delivery date. Please enter your address correctly as mistakes can lead to charges. Please enter your mobile number when completing your order so you can receive delivery updates from Parcelforce. You will be given a 1 hour delivery time slot by text message and the option to amend this time and date if it is not suitable. You will also be given the option to deliver to a neighbour or your local post office for you to collect if this is more suitable.
In line with Parcel Forces delivery fees, higher than normal delivery charges are applied for the following:
- If you are based in the Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Scilly, Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man.
- Express delivery
- *Saturday delivery.
We try to help out with delivery charges as much as possible and never charge the full amount.
If your parcel doesn’t arrive on time…
We are very sorry if your parcel hasn’t arrived on time. We and our delivery supplier work strictly within our timeframes, but sometimes mistakes happen. We want to help resolve any delays, so please contact us as soon as possible in order for us to assist you. If you have paid for express delivery or Saturday delivery and your parcel has not arrived within the timescales, please raise this to our attention so we can arrange a refund between your chosen delivery and standard delivery fees.
If your parcel is damaged…
If there is any damage to your parcel, you must notify Life Casting Studio by 2pm the following day, or the next working day if delivery falls on a weekend, in order for us to claim from our supplier. If you sign for your parcel, you are agreeing that it has arrived in good condition so please make sure you raise and log any concerns to your Parcelforce/Royal Mail delivery courier at the time of delivery and ensure you are not signing for an undamaged parcel. I have received the wrong item...
Oops, we are sorry! Each package we make up undergoes a rigorous check and we apologise if you have received a wrong package. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange for the correct item to be sent ASAP and return postage will be refunded.
