Note: Refunds are made at the discretion of Life Casting Studio’s management. Refunds will only be done to the same payment method and the same card as shown on the original purchase receipt.
My parcel or items are damaged...
If there is any damage to your parcel, you must notify Life Casting Studio by 2pm the following day, or the next working day if delivery falls on a weekend, in order for us to claim from our supplier. If you sign for your parcel, you are agreeing that it has arrived in good condition so please make sure you raise any concerns to your Parcelforce/Royal Mail delivery courier at the time of delivery.
If it is not evident that anything has been damaged from the outer packaging, please take photographs of the damaged items and email them to email@example.com in the stated timeframe. You will be requested to re-wrap your package as it arrived to you and return it in exactly the same state as you received it. This is due to our supplier inspecting the parcel in order to reach a claim amount. Please take it (in the same state you received it) to a Royal Mail post office and put a copy of your receipt in with the parcel and return to our studio. You must keep proof of your postage and are responsible for doing so. We will refund you the amount upon receipt and inspection and will re-arrange delivery of your replacement products immediately.
I no longer want my order...
If you decide after purchase that you no longer want your products and wish to cancel your order, please let us know before your order has been dispatched and we will refund you 100% of the product value. Delivery costs may still be valid if collection has been arranged and we are not notified in time to cancel without charges.
If you have received your products and have changed your mind and wish to return them for a full refund, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us. In this instance, your parcel must be unopened, unused, undamaged and in a condition that can be resold. They must be returned to us in exactly the state for which your received them and within 14 days of receipt. Postage and delivery costs will not be refunded in this circumstance. If your return complies with the former, you will be eligible to receive a refund for the purchased product cost.
My casts did come out well…
The fully guided casting booklets included within your kit will take you through the entire casting process and these are the same steps that our staff follow when casting. The booklet is designed to give you the best step by step support to help you achieve great results. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for failed casts. We do offer replacement materials for you to try again and these can be located within out online shop.
My item was discounted when bought…
If you are returning an item that was discounted at the time of purchasing and are eligible for a refund under the terms above, you will be refunded for the item value on your sales invoice. Please see above terms for eligibility of postage fees refunds.
What do I need to do to claim for a refund…
